Quarterly Report to Customers

I am pleased to provide you with this report on the GoldMoney Governance model.

As of 30 September 2009, a total of 13,097,732.030 goldgrams, valued at US$419.3 million, are in circulation within GoldMoney. Additionally, our customers also own 16,811,882.751 silver ounces valued at US$276.5 million and 71,796.408 platinum grams valued at US$2.9 million.

I refer to the reports by VIA MAT International Ltd. that record the total weight of gold in allocated storage in its vaults in London and Zurich for GoldMoney customers as of 30 September 2009 is 421,103.012 ounces of fine gold.

The reports by VIA MAT International Ltd. that record 16,811,882.751 ounces of silver in allocated storage for GoldMoney customers as of 30 September 2009 can be viewed for its vaults in London and Zurich.

Finally, the report by VIA MAT International Ltd. that records the total weight of platinum in allocated storage for GoldMoney customers as of 30 September 2009 can be viewed for its vault in Zurich.

I also refer to the report by Andium Trust Company. It records from the GoldMoney database tables that as of 30 September 2009 the total quantity of goldgrams is 13,097,732.030, silver ounce is 16,811,882.751 and platinum grams is 71,796.408.

Thus, we are pleased to confirm that the total weight of fine gold, silver and platinum in the vaults equals the total quantity of goldgrams, silver ounces and platinum grams within GoldMoney, which is our guarantee to you.
