As a regulated company operating in the financial services industry, GoldMoney is obligated by law to verify the identity of its customers.

The first step is to create a free Holding with GoldMoney. Once created, you will be able to complete the identity verification process described below.

Residents in countries such as the USA, UK and Germany (see the complete list of countries) can sign up for a Basic Holding, which will enable them to complete the verification process quickly and entirely online. Residents of other countries can sign up for a Full Holding and then print out and mail in a Customer Acceptance Policy (CAP) form with supporting documents.

After the identity verification process has been completed and you have been accepted as a customer, you can then add funds to your GoldMoney Holding by bank wire transfer in a choice of currencies. When the funds are added to your GoldMoney Holding, you can then buy gold, silver and platinum at your convenience.
