Step 1
Start the Sell Process | To place your order, login to your Holding and click on Buy & Sell > Sell from the menu of options. |
Step 2
Select Metal & Currency | Select the metal you want to sell and specify the currency you receive from your sale. Then click continue. |
Step 3
Specify Sale Amount | Enter the cash or metal amount that you want to sell. If you want to sell your entire metal balance, click the button for "Sell using your maximum available metal balance". Then click continue. |
Step 4
Review Your Instruction | Review the order you have placed and if it is correct, click finish. If you want to make corrections, click back. |
Step 5
Receive Order Confirmation | The details of the order you have just placed will be displayed. You will also be shown the time when your order will be processed and the proceeds will be transferred to your Holding. You will begin earning interest income when the order is processed, unless you click the instruction on this page to immediately remit the proceeds to your bank account. |
