Step 1
Start the Buy Process | To place your order, login to your Holding and click on Buy & Sell > Buy from the menu of options. |
Step 2
Select Metal & Currency | Select the metal you want to purchase and specify the currency you will use to pay for your purchase from the list of your available cash balances. Then click continue. |
Step 3
Specify Purchase Amount | Enter the cash or metal amount that you want to purchase. If you want to use your entire currency balance, click the button for "Buy using your maximum available currency balance". Then click continue. |
Step 4
Review Your Instruction | Review the order you have placed and if it is correct, click finish. If you want to make corrections, click back. |
Step 5
Receive Order Confirmation | The details of the order you have just placed will be displayed. You will also be shown the time when your order will be processed and the metal will be transferred to your Holding. Your Order History can be viewed when logged into your Holding by clicking Statements > Current Orders. |
