Step 1
Login | To begin your transfer of funds, login to your Holding and click on Accounts & Transfers > Add Funds from the menu of options. |
Step 2
Select Transfer Method | Select Add Funds to your Holding by Bank Wire. |
Step 3
Specify Currency & Amount | Please identify the currency and enter the amount you intend to transfer and click continue. |
Step 4
Review Your Instruction | Review the transfer instruction and if it is correct, click confirm. If you want to make corrections, click back. |
Step 5
Receive Bank Wire Details & Transfer Number | Click on print to save our wire details so you can give them to your bank. Note the unique Transfer Number that you should specify in the memo section of your wire transfer instruction. The Transfer Number helps us to match your funds to your Holding once your wire transfer is received at our bank. |
Step 6
Send Bank Wire | Contact your bank and arrange to wire funds to our bank account using the wire details you received in the step above. |
Step 7
Wait for Confirmation of Funds Received | When our bank receives your wire transfer, you will be notified by email that your funds are in your Holding, and you begin earning interest income. Your funds are now available to purchase metal. |
