How do I sell my metals and receive funds?

After you login to your Holding, click the "Buy & Sell > Sell" link and choose the amount of metal you wish to sell and the currency you wish to receive. All sell orders are executed at the Current Spot Rate (no commission or other fees). After your sale has been processed (generally within one business day), the proceeds of the sale will be added to the currency balance of your Holding in the currency you specified.

We can automatically send by bank wire to your bank account the proceeds of your sale in any of the currencies we offer at our website (USD, GBP, EUR, CHF, JPY and CAD). To setup a transfer of funds immediately after your sale has been processed, select the "Transfer sale proceeds to my bank account" option in Step 1 of the Sell process.
