You, not GoldMoney, are the absolute owner of your gold and silver. GoldMoney stores it securely on your behalf.

• Title to the gold and silver bars in allocated storage at the vaults at all times vests only in the various GoldMoney users.
• When you purchase precious metals through your GoldMoney account, you actually hold and own the metal in your name.
• All of the gold and silver bullion owned by our customers is stored free and clear from any creditors' claims against GoldMoney or the operator of the vaults.
• When you purchase precious metals through GoldMoney, the gold and silver bullion is stored securely at the VIA MAT vaults located near London and Zurich. VIA MAT International is part of Mat Securitas Express AG, of Switzerland, one of Europe's largest and oldest armoured transport and storage companies.

The quantity of precious metals electronically circulating in the GoldMoney system is always equal to the quantity of metal in the vaults.

• For every single goldgram and silver ounce recorded within GoldMoney, there exists an identical quantity of grams of pure gold and ounces of silver in allocated storage at the insured vaults.
• Euro-Dutch Trust Company, a commercial trust firm, manages the quantity of goldgrams and silver ounces in circulation and provides quarterly verification of the total quantity of goldgrams and silver ounces held in customers' accounts at GoldMoney.
• A 'Big Four' accounting firm annually examines GoldMoney's governance procedures and GoldMoney's IT security. The auditor's SAS 70 Type II report is available upon request to all GoldMoney customers.

Your gold and silver are insured against theft from the vaults through a policy underwritten at Lloyd's of London.

All of the gold and silver bars in GoldMoney meet the standards established by the London Bullion Market Association.

• The Chain of Integrity requirement provides that all forms of physical bullion in the vaults must in all respects meet the London Good Delivery standard established by the London Bullion Market Association.
