Step 1: Download and Complete CAP Form
Please download and print out the CAP for Individuals Form below (provided in Letter and A4 page sizes).
To have access to the full range of capabilities available in GoldMoney, you need to obtain CAP-Verified Status for your Holding by completing the form below and mailing it to us with the requested documentation.
Companies and Trusts must first complete an account opening form offline before creating a Holding at GoldMoney.
CAP for Companies Form
GoldMoney welcomes applications from all types of corporate entities provided that the applicant meets the registration and verification requirements of GoldMoney's Customer Acceptance Policy (CAP).
The signup process for corporate applicants requires completion of the CAP for Companies Registration Form in which information is provided about the company, including the nature of its business, its controllers, and the expected use of the company's account with GoldMoney:
CAP for Trusts Form
GoldMoney welcomes applications from corporate trustees on behalf of trusts provided that they provide services professionally by way of business and are regulated in their conduct of trustee services by a regulatory body or authority in a country with equivalent standards to those in Jersey (see the list below).
GoldMoney may, nevertheless, consider extending its services to a trustee who does not meet these criteria, and will take particular account of circumstances in which an individual trustee is a professional person (for example a lawyer or accountant) where the trusteeship is provided as a service incidental to their professional practice.
The signup process for trust applicants requires completion of the CAP for Trusts Registration Form in which information is provided about the trust, including details about its trustee(s), settlor(s), beneficiaries, protector(s), and the expected use of the trust's account with GoldMoney:

What is the Customer Acceptance Policy?
GoldMoney's Customer Acceptance Policy (CAP) enables GoldMoney to comply with anti-money laundering legislation, which requires GoldMoney to know the identity and residential address of each of its customers. Obtaining CAP-Verified status for your Holding gives you access to the full range of capabilities in GoldMoney.
More information about the CAP can be found in our CAP FAQ.
About the Forms
Please read each form carefully. Provide the information requested, and be sure to attach the required documents. Incomplete forms will not be processed, which will increase the time it takes for your Holding to become CAP-Verified.
Please ensure that all verification documents are:
- certified as true copies as instructed in the CAP form;
AND
- in the English language, and if not, that you provide certified translations of the documents in English.
